This program facilitates the work of the shelter. When people leave and enter, the guard records the time of departure and arrival of people. This is not very convenient. And I developed a program to solve this problem. An employee can easily find the right room and tag people with one click. I would like this program to improve the work of shelters throughout New York. I would like the New York City Council to support this project.

NYC is a dense city with many multistory buildings in close proximity. When inside a building, your smartphone's GPS is obstructed and your phone's accuracy will vary day by day. In large buildings, your phone can point you to the building next door. In an emergency, pointing you in the wrong location can be life threatening. The 911 Help SMS App can locate smartphone users who are indoors. It can detect the smartphone user's floor level and apartment number.

We take accessible municipal data on culture, city services, tourism and economics to map them to a mobile map of your city (such as recreational facilities, day-care spots, property taxes, crime statistics, census, red-tape and other public knowledge, neighborhood by neighborhood). Totally free and accessible on the Google My Maps platform.
