How do I reset my password?

Step 1) Click “Login” on the top right of any page:

You will be directed to the "User account" options page.

Step 2) Click the “Request New Password” tab and enter your Developer Portal Username and answer the CAPTCHA. Then click “E-mail New Password”:

 If you do not remember your Developer Portal username, you may also use the e-mail address that you used to create the Developer Portal account.

Step 3) Check your inbox in the e-mail account you used to register and click the password reset link provided to you:

If you don't receive an e-mail in your inbox within 15 minutes, check your Junk e-mail folder and make sure that the e-mail was not accidently moved there.

After clicking the link provided, you will be directed to the “Reset Password” page.

Step 4) On the “Reset Password” page, click the “Log In” button and you will be directed to your user account page where you will enter and confirm a new password for your account:

If any errors occur, check that you:
1) Have all of the required fields filled in
2) Your password meets the minimum requirements
3) Your new password and the confirmation password match

Step 5) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save” when you are done:
